Frequently asked questions
There is no minimum hours under the ad hoc pricing. There is a minimum of 5 hours under the retainer pricing.
For Ad Hoc work, you are billed based on hours of work done, and it is calculated in 1 minute intervals. For example, if you require 45 minutes of work, you will be charged (£hourly rate/60) x 45.
For Retainer work, you are billed based on agreed hours in advance as the hours are blocked off for your work and we are required to carry out work based on the agreed hours. For example, if you purchased a retainer of 8 hours per month, we are obligated to deliver 8 hours work.
If it is ad hoc work, we can turn down your request to deliver work when we are busy as the work is billed after it is carried out.
